Is Digital I.D. the Real Mark of the Beast?

September 28, 2025 - The apostle John wrote the final book of the New Testament as an old man from a prison cell on the island of Patmos. He said the ‘end times’ were revealed to him in visions and he was instructed to write them down.
According to his testimony, signs of these times would come in a way similar to birth pangs. They would increase in frequency and strength.
He wrote of many signs, including moral decay, strife, plagues, famine, earthquakes, strange things in the sky, wars and rumors of wars, and the rise of an AntiChrist, ‘The Beast’, that takes control of everyone on Earth.
He wrote of a ‘Mark of The Beast’, and that without it no one would be able to buy or sell anything. It would be mandatory.

From this point forward, students of the book of Revelation have surmised that this was the coming Mark of the Beast. But the bar code is a tool for retailers to sell things more efficiently using technology. Nothing more.
Many now claim you’ll have a chip implanted in your body that will monitor every individual transaction. This may be possible, but it’s not really necessary.
But nobody could imagine what the rapid advances in technology would enable. With a digital I.D., much more than buying and selling can be known and controlled. Everything you do can be monitored and regulated.
The EU is now on the verge of implementing Digital ID, as other nations are pressed to go along to get along. With new technology that can observe where you go and all you do, this is the perfect vehicle for full government control.
Could Digital ID be the real Mark of The Beast? Could The Beast be a world government bent on complete control? Will The Beast be an individual or a unified system acting as one?
While much still needs to happen before all these things come to pass, and Jesus said no one will know the day or the time, it’s possible that the world’s worship of technology over humanity may ultimately prove to be our undoing.
